Even more paint prep

I'm almost done stripping paint off of miscellaneous frame parts.  Here are two pieces of rear suspension linkage.  I decided to use another one of my new tools to strip them down.

My "new" benchtop grinder came with a wire wheel on it which makes short work of stripping small pieces.

It only took a few minutes to get the majority of the paint off.  I did have to use a bit of stripper to get the paint off the surfaces that I couldn't get up to the wheel.

  1. You want your automobile to look its best when you bring it in for servicing. A high-quality body shop will ensure that your vehicle is dust-free, and they will go above and beyond your expectations in this respect. According to your preferences, the new color will go well with the old one. The use of a paint booth in body shops is expected because they allow for high-quality finishes while adhering to environmental regulations. Among other things, they ensure the safety of their personnel by using the proper equipment, training, and attire. It's not worth the "savings" that some shops have sought to get around these laws to lower expenses and prices.
